Asset List Panel

The Asset List panel lets you create ad hoc lists. This may be a list of assets you want to return to later. It could also be a convenient way to assemble a group of assets you want to batch edit together – as a group. And you can also share asset lists with other colleagues, for example, to ask them to review some items.

To work with asset lists, drag and drop into the page Asset List panel. Then, drag and drop into it items you want to add to the list. Alternatively, use Context Menu > Add to Asset List from the vertical dots menu on the Form Panel or from the right-click context menu of any asset.

Toolbar Buttons

  • Rename this Asset List… (pencil icon) can be used to name or rename the asset list. This is useful if you have multiple Asset Lists open.

  • Share options (cloud icon) can be used to share the asset list. Shared lists are saved to the server. Other users can then download the list you created and shared. You may also share lists to make them more persistent.

Settings

  • Show Types Column makes an extra column visible displaying the types (rdf:type) of each asset.

  • Show Added-By Column makes an extra column visible displaying the user who has added the item to this asset list.

  • Show Time-Stamp Column makes an extra column visible displaying the time stamp when the item was added. This can be useful to sort items in a processing order.

  • Display IDs instead of Labels switches between displaying human-readable labels and system-friendly qnames.
