Problems and Suggestions Algorithms

These are algorithms that are executed by the :ref:`ProblemsAndSuggestionsPanel`. Most of these are also executed during editing elsewhere, for example from the :ref:`FormPanel` and various items from the :ref:`ModifyMenu`.
