TopBraid Enterprise Vocabulary Net (EVN) and Reference Data Manager (RDM)

- Bug fix: Facts and RACI matrix appear by default in metadata for all RDM datasets.

- Feature: Default form layout from Create Form Layout for ontologies mirrors default layout of instances - an Annotation section with rdfs:label and Properties section with all relevant properties for the class.

- Feature: Including vocabularies or RDF files with a formTemplate:defaultFormTemplate will automatically insert a form section for RDM instances (details in the RDM Developer's Guide)

- Bug fix: Fixed a connection management issue in the Oracle RDF connector
